I participated in my first 5K race in AUburn last weekend and had a blast so I want to continue running. I need the exerercise and found these to be just the right size. I had ,my knee replaced in january so i have to limit how much running I do but working really hard on speed walking. Last night my girls and I walked 2 miles in 35 minutes.
